Our Cipressena Blend delivers 1100mg/kg of polyphenols, crafted from our unique Cipressena olives, harvested early to capture high antioxidant content. This olive oil boasts an intensely peppery finish and robust, pungent flavours, making it perfect for those who appreciate a strong, full-bodied oil.

Pressed to preserve the rich character of the Cipressena variety, it’s a versatile choice for those who want a harmonious balance of health benefits and powerful taste. While still intense, its flavour is smoother than our Casaleva Ultra, making it an excellent introduction to the world of high-polyphenol oils.
